St. Ann’s Residence is an apartment complex for anyone who is 55 years of age or older and are physically and mentally capable of living independently. The building consists of 60 unfurnished, one bedroom apartments, equipped with individual thermostat control, air-conditioning, fridge and stove. Maintenance and repair of the building is supplied by the Corporation’s staff. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance and repair of personal property.
Rates are set by the Board of Directors annually, based on a break-even policy calculated to cover the operating and mortgage payment costs.
*All utilities are included in the monthly rate. Telephone, cable TV, and internet are the responsibility of the tenant.
Currently there is NO VACANCY at St. Ann’s Residence. Due to the nature of our month-to-month tenancy agreements, we can neither predict nor guarantee a date when a suite will be available.
